As a Quality Assurance and Control Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our Rare Earths mining operations.
Job Description- Exercising expert knowledge of site construction quality assurance across structural, mechanical, and piping areas to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and industry standards.
- Verifying quality-related site activities adhere to established protocols and escalating any discrepancies for prompt resolution.
- Supporting Construction Management in developing and implementing Project Management Systems, as well as monitoring and reviewing QA/QC processes.
With 5 years' experience in QA/QC coordination and inspection in the Resources Industry, you will possess a C Class Driver's Licence and relevant trade, specialist, or industrial quality control qualifications. As a valued team member, you will work autonomously and collaboratively to drive project success.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Strong understanding of quality management principles and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify and escalate quality issues promptly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
