Agricultural Event Coordinator

As an Administrative Assistant on our Wine, Dairy & Fine Food Team, you will provide hands-on assistance with the planning and on-site delivery of high-profile events. Our team is dedicated to excellence and strives for innovation in the wine, dairy, and fine food industries.
The Sydney Royal Wine Show, Cheese & Dairy Show, Fine Food Show, Beer & Cider Show, Distilled Spirits Show, President's Medal, Talk & Taste, Grape, Grain & Graze Festival and associated events require meticulous planning and seamless execution. We are seeking an organized and efficient individual to support our team in delivering exceptional experiences for exhibitors, council members, and attendees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Senior Managers and Event Managers to facilitate administrative tasks and operational preparations.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of events, including luncheons, dinners, networking gatherings, and public tastings.
- Maintain up-to-date content on the Sydney Royal Wine, Dairy & Fine Food website.
- Efficiently handle travel and accommodation arrangements for Show Officials.
- Support Exhibitor, Council, and Committee needs to ensure a smooth operational flow.
- Maintain an organized procedure manual that logs completed tasks and event timelines.
- Undertake general administrative responsibilities to support the team's objectives.
