Job Title: Customer Retention Strategist

Job Description

This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer loyalty, resulting in increased retention rates and improved overall customer experience.

As a key member of the Loyalty Operations department, you will be tasked with managing and coordinating all aspects of Elite members' journey, from pre-arrival to post-stay feedback mechanisms.

You will direct, implement, and evaluate the quality of products and services provided to Elite members, ensuring seamless delivery of the highest quality member stay experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer retention and loyalty growth.
  • Manage and coordinate Elite members' journey, ensuring a consistent and personalized experience throughout their stay.
  • Direct and evaluate the quality of products and services provided to Elite members, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and delivery of Elite benefits program.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong understanding of loyalty programs and guest relations.

A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred, but not required. Relevant work experience in customer service, sales, or marketing will also be considered.
