Training Opportunity:

Deliver high-quality training to Ford technicians across Australia and New Zealand. Develop and implement technical training plans, review course materials, and provide instruction on Ford vehicle systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver curriculum training, new model training, and performance improvement training.">
  • Review and update technical training materials to ensure relevance and quality.">
  • Supervise the Technical Training Centre and oversee maintenance of the facility, including tools and equipment.">
  • Prepare training classrooms and work bays for sessions.">
  • Conduct hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises to reinforce technician knowledge.">
  • Ensure training facilities are safe and ready for use.">
  • Update training attendance and student completion details in the Learning Management System.">

Requirements:

A training certification or previous experience in technical training is required. Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage trainees, are essential. Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic tools, software, and equipment is also necessary.

Desirable Qualifications:

Ford Master Technician certification or equivalent technical training experience is highly desirable. Understanding of Ford Dealer Service operations and previous dealer/field experience can be beneficial.
