Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to assist in the oversight and supervision of residential programming. The successful candidate will provide guidance to program staff, develop schedules, and deploy resources effectively.

The Assistant Program Manager will empower consumers to exercise control over their lives, including daily routines within their home and leisure activities. They will also assist consumers in being fully integrated in their communities by supporting them in the use of community resources, encouraging them in establishing memberships within their communities, and reducing stigma within the community through education.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with adults with severe mental illness. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a Psychology-related field and experience working with adults with severe mental illness.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the hiring, training, evaluation, and supervision of program staff
  • Participate in the daily oversight and monitoring of the residential program
  • Empower consumers to exercise control over their lives
  • Assist consumers in being fully integrated in their communities
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Psychology-related field
  • Experience working with adults with severe mental illness

Work Schedule

The work schedule for this position is Tuesday-Saturday, 12pm-8pm, with on-call responsibilities as needed.
