
Program Leader

This is a part-time role (32 hours per week) with split shifts across Before School, After School, and Vacation Care. The Assistant Coordinator will support the Coordinator to deliver a safe, inclusive, and engaging program that children love.
- Key responsibilities include partnering with the Coordinator to lead a high-quality OSHC program aligned with Catholic values, ensuring compliance with all legislative, safeguarding, and NQF requirements, building strong relationships with children, families, the school, and the wider community, and assisting with daily operations, risk management, and team development.
To be successful in this role, you will require a Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification, current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications, as well as experience working in OSHC, ideally with some leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
