About the Role:

We are seeking a commercially astute and results-driven Account Manager to lead the strategic development and execution of the On The Go channel.

  • Manage key customer accounts within the On The Go channel, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
  • Develop and implement customer-specific business plans that drive sustainable growth and meet sales and visibility targets.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Grow key customer accounts, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
  2. Develop customer-specific business plans that drive sustainable growth.
  3. Build relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure best-in-class execution.
  4. Lead financial management of assigned accounts.
  5. Use data and insights to inform strategic decisions.
  6. Collaborate across functions to optimize product range, space allocation, and in-store execution.
  7. Evaluate trade spend, activations, and customer-facing initiatives.
Requirements
  • University degree in Business Management or related field.
  • Good experience in FMCG sales or account management.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Demonstrated capability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Proactiveness and growth-orientation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
