We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Conversion Rate Optimization Lead to join our team at The Drive Group. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for leading our ecommerce client's conversion rate initiatives, focusing on maximizing conversion rates across web and email.

Key Responsibilities
  • CRO Strategy:
    • Develop and oversee the CRO strategy, aligning it with the company's digital marketing goals.
    • Identify key opportunities for conversion rate improvements across all digital and email channels.
  • Hands-On Optimization:
    • Conduct in-depth analyses of user behavior, website performance, and conversion metrics.
    • Design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to optimize conversion funnels.
    • Focus on continually improving email flows, particularly using Klaviyo, to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Email Flow Management:
    • Develop, implement, and optimize email marketing strategies and flows using Klaviyo.
    • Innovate and refine email flows to maximize engagement and conversions, leveraging segmentation, personalization, and automation techniques.
  • Collaboration & Implementation:
    • Work closely with the tech lead to implement CRO and email marketing optimizations, ensuring seamless execution of changes.
    • Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, providing actionable insights based on data analysis.
  • Data-Driven Approach:
    • Utilize data analytics tools to monitor, measure, and report on CRO performance.
    • Implement and manage CRO tools such as Hotjar and Optimizely to gain insights into user behavior and identify areas for improvement.
    • Regularly conduct user testing and analysis to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    • Stay current with the latest CRO and email marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
    • Conduct competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for differentiation and optimization.
    Requirements
    • 4+ years of proven experience in an ecommerce environment, with a deep understanding of ecommerce metrics, user behavior, and email marketing.
    • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo and a strong track record of improving email flow performance.
    • Proficiency in A/B testing, multivariate testing, and data analytics.
    • Strong understanding of CRO tools like Hotjar, Optimizely, Google Analytics, and similar platforms.
    • Hands-on experience implementing experiments in a Shopify environment.
    • Creative and innovative approach to continually improving email flows and user experiences.
    • Highly motivated and self-driven, with a passion for enhancing user experience and driving business results.
    • Strong ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
