PFD Food Services is a renowned company in the food services industry, with a strong presence in Alice Springs, NT. As an Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting our team's operations.
We are offering a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience. This remuneration package includes superannuation and other staff benefits, such as discounts on staff purchases, discounted accommodation, health insurance, and banking. If eligible, you may also be offered nationally recognised Certificate III training.
Job Description:This role involves performing administrative tasks, including reporting and general office duties as required. You will assist in processing picking slips, invoices, and customer pick up requirements, process customer orders and enquires, advise Food Service Delivery Drivers of specific customer requirements, and communicate issues regarding credit, warehouse, transport, and replenishment areas to ensure high-level customer service.
You will work under pressure in a team environment and take on varied or new tasks within the office. Your excellent computer skills, good communication and organisational skills, willingness to adapt, and positive attitude make you an ideal candidate for this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Performing administrative tasks, including reporting and general office duties as required
- Assisting in processing picking slips, invoices, and customer pick up requirements
- Processing customer orders and enquires, following up on issues
- Advising Food Service Delivery Drivers of specific customer requirements
- Communicating issues regarding credit, warehouse, transport, and replenishment areas to ensure high-level customer service
