Senior Mental Health Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Psychologist to join our team in Alice Springs. Key Responsibilities- Lead a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, providing holistic support to clients with complex needs.
- Implement evidence-based frameworks, delivering therapeutic interventions and promoting client independence.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain effective programs and services.
- Tertiary qualification in Psychology with current certification.
- Proven experience working in the disability sector, including managing challenging behaviors and developing individualized support plans.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- A competitive salary range of $119,228 - $124,173 (commensurate with experience) + superannuation + salary packaging benefits (equivalent to up to an additional $6,400 annually).
- Relocation and Retention Package: Up to $12,000 for relocation, accommodation, and wellness support.
- Full-time and part-time positions available with flexible working arrangements.
- A diverse caseload, including NDIS participants, pediatric and adult clients, across both clinic and community settings.
