About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Psychologist to join our team in Alice Springs. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, providing holistic support to clients with complex needs.
  • Implement evidence-based frameworks, delivering therapeutic interventions and promoting client independence.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain effective programs and services.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Psychology with current certification.
  • Proven experience working in the disability sector, including managing challenging behaviors and developing individualized support plans.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
What's On Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $119,228 - $124,173 (commensurate with experience) + superannuation + salary packaging benefits (equivalent to up to an additional $6,400 annually).
  • Relocation and Retention Package: Up to $12,000 for relocation, accommodation, and wellness support.
  • Full-time and part-time positions available with flexible working arrangements.
  • A diverse caseload, including NDIS participants, pediatric and adult clients, across both clinic and community settings.
