Job Overview

This is a part-time role that involves receiving, storing, and delivering goods. Excellent customer service skills are required for interacting with customers collecting goods from the back dock.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on retail experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. They should be physically fit, as the role requires heavy lifting and working at heights.

Weekend and public holiday work are expected in this busy retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow all receiving, storage, delivery, and paperwork procedures correctly
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers collecting goods from the back dock and to other staff members you will liaise with on a day-to-day basis
  • Heavy lifting, working at heights, and stock assembly - be Health and Safety conscious and aware of your surroundings at all times
  • Weekend and Public Holiday work is expected in the busy world of Retail
  • You will have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn and naturally want to go the extra mile for customers and fellow team members
