Pouring specialty coffee in over 70 stores across Queensland, New South Wales and Western Australia in a mix of drive thru's and stores, we offer convenience and accessibility to all coffee-lovers.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a highly motivated individual to join our busy Roastery team. If you are a seeking a full-time roastery position within a small vibrant team, this could be perfect for you.

About The Role

As our Roastery Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our roastery. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the roastery crew in maintaining an optimal level of coffee stock. In addition, you will work closely with our warehouse team, helping with picking and packing orders to ensure timely and accurate dispatch. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday.

What You'll Be Doing

• Use packaging machines safely and correctly
• Label and store stock using FIFO (First In, First Out)
• Help with regular stock counts to keep inventory accurate
• Keep your work area clean, tidy, and safe
• Lift heavy items safely, using tools or teamwork if needed
• Follow all food safety and hygiene rules
• Record daily production numbers accurately
• Report any problems with product quality right away
• Pick and pack orders carefully and on time

• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Someone who thrives in a hands-on, active environment
• Prior warehouse experience is great, but not essential—we'll train the right person
• A valid forklift licence is required
• A current driver's licence is required
