Optimize Financial Operations Specialist

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the management and enhancement of financial systems to drive operational efficiency, compliance, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all improvement initiatives in a structured manner
  • Ensure that financial processes are aligned to industry standards, scalable, and compliant with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and govern financial reports and dashboards (Power BI, ERP) to deliver timely insights for decision-making
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define requirements and drive process improvements
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Finance, business units, and vendors
  • Conduct gap analyses of processes and systems to identify and implement improvements
  • Enhance financial processes (budgeting, forecasting, reporting) to streamline workflows and boost efficiency

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, business, or information systems
  • Demonstrated experience in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of financial systems
  • Proven ability to lead the ongoing improvement of financial processes and data frameworks
  • High proficiency in financial systems, data analysis, and visualization tools (especially Power BI)
