We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Chemistry team as an Associate Patent Attorney.

This is an opportunity to work with world-class clients and powerful brands, using your expertise in organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, biochemistry or chemical biology.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out business development activities to grow the team
  • Conducting patent oppositions, including preparation of statements and evidence, briefing counsel and conducting/preparing for hearings
  • Litigation activities

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong command of written and verbal English, and be able to critically analyze information and think laterally.

A minimum requirement for this role is a PhD in a Chemistry related discipline.
