Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering Leader

Lead a team of engineers in delivering high-quality engineering solutions on various projects across all phases. Collaborate with diverse multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects related to battery minerals and plant optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop project documentation, including reports, electrical and instrumentation design specifications, detailed designs, and work packs/scopes of work.
- Conduct site investigations, scoping, commissioning, and contractor management.
- Design and specify electrical and instrumentation equipment for hazardous areas.
- Undertake early-stage studies for electrical and instrumentation systems, including proficiency in electrical system calculations.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience as an Engineer in Australia.
- Experience in heavy industry electrical and instrumentation design.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- Familiarity with relevant Australian Standards.
- Knowledge and experience working with heavy industry clients in the minerals processing sector.
- Registered/Chartered Engineer status, with RPEQ preferable.
- Knowledge of control systems design.
- Experience in a multi-disciplinary consultancy environment.
Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a commitment to innovation and excellence in engineering solutions.
