Senior Accounts Payable Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Payable Officer to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the workflow of 2 AP Officers and ensuring all AP transactions are processed accurately and timely.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the workflow of 2 AP Officers and ensure all AP transactions are processed accurately and timely.
- Provide support to the team in resolving payment-related queries.
- Liaise with Business Partners around automation and process improvements.
- Implement strategies to improve payment compliance.
- Collaborate with major suppliers to ensure optimisation of on-time payments.
- Manage ad-hoc payments with a focus on identifying improvements in this area.
- Provide training to team members where required.
Requirements
- Experience with SAP is essential for this role.
- Experience with Kofax or other OCR systems highly regarded.
- High volume AP exposure highly regarded.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset to identify areas of efficiency.
- Good communication skills and ability to manage supplier relationships.
