THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experienced Venue Manager to join our team. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, focusing on delivering exceptional guest service while managing your team and restaurant in all areas of the business.

Requirements

We seek a professional with:

  1. Demonstrated experience managing people, growing sales, managing costs and delivering outstanding service in a high-volume fast-paced environment.
  2. Proven management experience with strong leadership capabilities and customer service focus.
  3. A can-do attitude with ability to act efficiently and resiliently.
  4. Passion for creating a supportive and motivating team culture.
  5. Ability to work productively during busy periods including weeknights and weekends.
