The Culinary Operations Director will lead a team of skilled hospitality professionals who strive to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing long-term and short-term culinary strategies
  • Coaching and mentoring staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Overseeing menu planning, food preparation, and presentation standards
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have prior experience in a senior leadership position within the hospitality industry, a current Victorian RSA Certificate, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
