Role Overview:
We are currently looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to enhance our financial operations. This role is pivotal in managing complex intercompany financial requirements for our global accounts. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to clients and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process funding requests related to rent, property operations, and capital expenditures.
- Manage monthly accruals for rent and operating expenses, ensuring accurate journal entries in the accounting system.
- Assist in month-end closing, budgeting, and forecasting, including client data analysis and addressing financial inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to develop efficient procedures and systems.
- Oversee payment processing and manage non-system invoice coding.
- Review and process petty cash transactions.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including leasing managers and client representatives.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and team members.
- Support various ad-hoc financial tasks as needed.
Candidate Profile:
- Must be an Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain Negative Vetting (NV1) clearance.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance.
- Progress towards professional certifications such as CPA or CA is highly regarded.
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in Excel and financial reporting.
- Self-driven, confident, and enthusiastic.
- Capable of handling high-pressure situations with composure.
