About the Role

Viva Energy is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Finance Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality analysis and insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide analytical support and conduct research to inform business strategies;
  • Design and build financial models to assist with business valuations and planning;
  • Establish benchmarks and measure projects against these benchmarks;
  • Conduct in-depth financial due diligence;
  • Prepare reports and internal documentation;
  • Support the development of business cases;
  • Evaluate initiatives for alignment with corporate strategy;
  • Provide high-quality analysis and advice within specified timeframes;
  • Develop a knowledge of various workstreams and work flexibly across priorities;
  • Assist with financial forecasting and scenario planning;
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure outcomes are achieved.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in commerce, economics, finance, or related discipline;
  • 7+ years' experience in Corporate Finance;
  • Strong data analysis skills and financial literacy;
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and Power BI;
  • High degree of computer literacy;
  • Strong commercial acumen;
  • Highly organised and effective time management skills.
