Customer Service Agent Role

This role involves driving Coles vans to deliver customer orders. You will work as part of a vibrant team and gain valuable experiences with formal training.

About the Position

As a Customer Service Agent, you are responsible for safely delivering customer orders during the day or night. You will also assist with picking and packing orders to the highest standard, ready for delivery.

Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Provide excellent customer service with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
  • Hold an Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and have a safe driving record
  • Confidence in safely driving through busy streets, suburban roads, and regional areas
  • Be active, as you'll be on your feet, lifting and carrying groceries from the van to delivery points
  • Availability to work flexible hours across trading days, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
