**Job Summary**

We are currently looking for highly motivated and safety focused** Professional Drivers **to join our **Farm Milk Collection Division**, based in **Colac Victoria** These opportunities are for an immediate start, on a full-time and casual basis.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Delivering and picking up product in a safe manner to customer sites, with the ability to prioritise your workload and emphasis on conducting yourself safely and professionally at all times;
- Following all OH&S regulations and furthering the safety culture;
- Reading and following procedures and relevant work instructions;
- Liaising with customers of our client, with a friendly and professional attitude;
- Accountability for all paperwork.

**About you**To be successful in this dynamic role you will have**:

- Driving experience, ideally within farm milk collection;
- An excellent Driver History Report;
- Ability to work within a team environment, as well as unsupervised;
- Excellent customer service skills, communication, written and interpersonal skills;
- A strong focus on doing the job safely and compliantly with a solid understanding of Chain of Responsibility and Road Transport Legislation;
- A strong work ethic and customer focus;
- Willingness to work a rotating roster;
- Ability to do shift work;
- A current MC licence preferred. McColl's will cover the cost of licence upgrade in return for a minimum of 1 year service.
