We are currently looking for highly motivated and safety focused
- **_Professional Drivers_** to join our
- **Farm Milk Collection Division**, based in
- **Colac, Victoria**

These opportunities are for an immediate start, on a full-time and casual basis.

**Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Delivering and picking up product in a safe manner to customer sites;
- Following all OH&S regulations and furthering the safety culture;
- Reading and following procedures and relevant work instructions;
- Liaising with customers of our client, with a friendly and professional attitude;
- Accountability for all paperwork.

**To be successful in this dynamic role you will have**:

- Heavy Vehicle Driving experience, ideally within farm pick up;
- A current MC licence preferred. McColl's will cover the cost of licence upgrade in return for a minimum of 1 year service;
- An excellent Driver History Report;
- Ability to work within a team environment, as well as unsupervised;
- Excellent customer service skills, communication, written and interpersonal skills;
- A strong focus on doing the job safely and compliantly with a solid understanding of Chain of Responsibility and Road Transport Legislation;
- A strong work ethic and customer focus;
- Willingness to work a rotating roster;
- Ability to do shift work.
