Lead with Excellence in Our Chilled Operations Team

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Operations Lead, responsible for driving the performance of our Chilled site.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Provide leadership and support to the operations team, ensuring effective management of rostering, performance management, training, and other functional requirements.
  • - Collaborate with the Production Lead to ensure the smooth operation of the relevant production area, addressing day-to-day issues that arise.
  • - Develop and implement strategies to achieve year-on-year objectives for safety, quality, cost, reliability, and delivery aligned with the overall One Operations Strategy.
  • - Foster a culture of operational excellence across production areas, promoting innovative practices and continuous improvement.
  • - Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
