Spare Parts Coordinator

As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all spare parts and inventory. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor stock variances and implement changes to ensure future benefits
- Conduct regular stocktakes for the Spare Parts store and maintain accuracy
- Coordinate spare parts sales, purchase orders, receipts, and dispatch
- Process transfers, invoicing, and all parts-related paperwork
- Liaise with customers regarding purchase order status, requests, and expected delivery dates
- Generate invoices for parts sales
- Supervise daily logistics operations and coordinate parts deliveries
