Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Claims Advisor. This position is ideal for individuals who possess strong communication skills, a keen sense of empathy, and a passion for supporting workers and employers through the claim process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the claims process.
  • Deliver accurate and clear information regarding claims, entitlements, obligations, and responsibilities, ensuring seamless understanding and adherence.
  • Conduct thorough entitlement reviews for weekly payments and medical expenses, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Injury Management Specialists, Technical Specialists, and other technical experts to ensure comprehensive case management and successful outcomes.
  • Provide dedicated support to workers and employers in completing relevant documents, facilitating active participation in return-to-work and recovery planning.
  • Ensure all case management activities align with legislation and compliance guidelines, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
  • Proactively drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and development within the organization.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working on complex cases in personal injury, life insurance, or workers compensation.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks, ensuring sound judgment and decision-making.
