Care Coordinator - Mental Health

Mental health services are provided at The Peacock Centre, which offers a warm and welcoming environment for individuals experiencing mental health relapse or distress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care aligned with Mental Health Services principles, National Mental Health Standards, and professional competencies.
  • Oversee daily operations, focusing on optimizing outcomes for attendees, families, carers, and friends.
  • Provide effective supervision and support to team members within the integration hub.
  • Lead and manage change to support service development and compliance with operational guidelines.

Duties include contributing to the culture, leadership, and daily management of the integration hub to ensure comprehensive access to services promoting recovery, independence, and overall well-being. Provide guidance and support to team members and engage consumers and their families/friends in their care planning.

  1. To deliver exceptional mental health care services that meet the needs of our community.
  2. To foster a positive and supportive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
