About the Role

As a Senior Change Manager at Macquarie, you will play a critical role in driving the effective delivery of change across our Risk Management Group. You will partner with our team of risk specialists to support the successful implementation of group-wide strategic initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and lead the execution of the change management strategy and development of tailored change plans.
  • Partner with the Operational Risk division to drive effective management and embedment of all material changes.
  • Design and implement measurement strategies to establish change readiness and execute appropriate adoption activities to maximize adoption post go-live.

**Requirements:**

  • 8+ years' experience as a Change practitioner with recent experience leading and implementing a change strategy within the Financial services industry.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate complex issues in a straightforward manner.
  • Prior experience in the Operational Risk domain is highly regarded.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Change or an aligned field.
