Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced professionals to fill key roles within our Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS).

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in records management principles, with expertise in HPE Content Manager (CM9) and extensive experience with data mapping.

  • Deep understanding of legislative issues and records management processes
  • Strong knowledge of EDRMS advanced search functionality

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing Tier 1, 2 and Tier 3 system administration and support for HPE CM9
  • Migrating records between EDRMS datasets using data mapping techniques
  • Mapping AFDA Express 2 to electronic files held in the departments EDRMS

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with HPE CM9 and data mapping
  • Records management experience and knowledge of legislative issues
  • Understanding of EDRMS advanced search functionality
