As a proactive and strategic HSE professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving bold improvements in health, safety, wellbeing and environmental outcomes across our national operations.
This newly created position will focus on building and embedding a people-focused health and safety culture across teams, acting as a trusted advisor to operational leaders and coaching teams to continuously improve performance.
We are seeking an experienced HSE expert with tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management or a related field, who has significant experience in a similar HSE advisor or business partner role. You will bring a strong working knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management practices, as well as demonstrated experience in incident investigation and driving continuous improvement.
Your expertise will enable you to drive implementation of our HSE strategy, plans, and wellbeing initiatives, provide expert guidance and practical support to operational leaders, and investigate health, safety, and environmental incidents. You will also contribute to broader sustainability initiatives in collaboration with the Environment and Sustainability team.
This is a key opportunity for a motivated and skilled HSE professional to make a meaningful impact on our organisation's safety culture and performance.
