Residential Operations Director

About this Role:

You will lead and manage the operational, care, and clinical service delivery at our residential aged care residence. Your teams will be trained, supported, and engaged to deliver exceptional experiences for residents.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering a customer-focused experience across the precinct by providing exceptional customer service, support, and care.
  • Promoting a positive culture that fulfills our promise of bold, warm, and honest interactions.
  • Fostering an engaged and supportive environment while overseeing recruitment, roster management, training, and coaching on best practice.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to ensure high standards of care and exceptional customer service.
  • Overseeing financial performance and reporting, ensuring key performance measures are delivered in-line with requirements.
  • Identifying and managing risks, customer needs, and complex issues as required.
  • Overseeing obligations for quality assurance, audits, and Aged Care accreditations.

About You:

You will be a values-driven person and an accomplished People Leader who aligns to and can build their team culture around our values.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a General Manager in a customer-focused industry. Aged Care experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to nurture and develop team culture and performance.
  • Experience in operational management, including recruiting, workforce planning/roster management, and operations within a larger complex business.
  • Strong financial acumen, financial management, and reporting experience.
  • Fully vaccinated.
