About the Role

In this exciting opportunity at Leidos, we are seeking a skilled Test Analyst to join our dynamic team in supporting a Federal Government Program to deliver a new datacentre capability.

Responsibilities
  • Synthesise Customer Requirements: Translate customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions, considering technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
  • Requirements Evaluation: Review and evaluate requirements for testability, ensuring they are feasible and align with project objectives.
  • Test Planning and Execution: Develop test plans, test cases, and test procedures, and conduct developmental, integration, and/or acceptance testing within the bounds of technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
  • Test Reporting and Defect Management: Analyse test results, manage defects, and prepare comprehensive software component, subsystem, and/or system level test reports.
  • Collaboration and Problem-Solving: Work collaboratively with the team to identify and resolve issues, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Experience: Substantial experience in performance and load testing of software components, subsystems, and systems, as well as experience working in a datacentre environment.
  • Test Management: Experience in test requirements elicitation, management, decomposition, traceability, and documentation utilizing test management processes and tools.
  • Systems Engineering: Familiarity with Systems Engineering Practices and experience with V&V, performance, and resilience test management.
  • Test Automation: Experience with Test Automation as part of a CI/CD pipeline.
  • Security Clearance: The role requires applicants to be Australian Citizens with a TSPV security clearance, and may also require applicants to meet International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements.
