About the Role

This exciting 12-month temporary assignment offers an opportunity for an experienced Senior Program Analyst Officer to join a busy team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing directorate strategies, streamlining team workflows, and guiding and supporting teams.

  • Develop and implement directorate strategies to drive business outcomes
  • Streamline team activities and tasks to improve efficiency
  • Guide and support teams to achieve their objectives
  • Facilitate team meetings and manage team kanban boards
  • Lead and guide a small team of officers and coordinators to ensure successful execution of Scheme Digital Platform branch's resourcing and costing
  • Ensure smooth onboarding process for new employees, providing equipment, access, and adequate training
  • Serve as a communication link between team members and other stakeholders in the Scheme Digital Platforms branch
  • Schedule and organize project meetings/workshops with internal and external stakeholders
  • Safeguard directorate processes and documentation
  • Assist in Scheme Digital Platforms branch procurement activities under Assistant Director guidance
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4-6 years' experience working in a similar role
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and efficient team management
  • Demonstrated strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience in hands-on resource management
  • Demonstrated well-developed communications skills
  • Competency in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

  • $65-$70 per hour + Super
