This is a Family Law position at Victoria Legal Aid. As a professional in this field, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal services to clients across various courts and tribunals.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert legal advice and casework, as well as undertake negotiation and dispute resolution on behalf of clients in family law, family violence, and other related areas of law.
  • Possess knowledge or practical experience in relevant law and procedure with a focus on one or more of family law, family violence, and/or child protection.
  • Demonstrate high-level interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, staff, and external stakeholders.
