THE FIRM
This boutique Melbourne law firm is well-known for its excellence in family law and has built a strong reputation for client care and professionalism. Working closely with the Managing Partner and Senior Associate, this role offers the opportunity to be part of a supportive, high-performing team with exposure to quality work.

THE ROLE
As a Family Law Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting the firm's leadership and ensuring matters are managed effectively from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working files across a range of family law matters

  • Liaising directly with clients and external stakeholders

  • Preparing and drafting legal documents and correspondence

  • Ensuring files are up-to-date and deadlines are met

  • Supporting the Managing Partner and Senior Associate with case management

ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Prior paralegal or legal assistant experience, ideally in family law

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines

  • Excellent communication and client liaison skills

  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach to file management
