Family Lawyer Position

We are seeking a qualified Family Lawyer to join our team in Melbourne.

This is a full-time, in-office role where you'll work closely with senior lawyers, gaining practical experience and building your skills in family law.

  • You will work on parenting and property disputes, divorce, intervention orders, and related matters
  • Draft court documents, affidavits, and correspondence
  • Prepare briefs to counsel and attend court and mediation
  • Manage files with support from senior lawyers
  • Regular client contact
About You
  • You have approximately 1 year post-admission experience in family law
  • You are ready to work full-time from the office to learn on the job
  • You possess good drafting and communication skills
  • You can work independently and as part of a team
