Job Role:
Business Growth SpecialistThis position focuses on cultivating and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Build strong partnerships with existing and new customers through regular communication and effective problem-solving.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver concrete products and services that meet customer needs.
- Develop and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to customers, meeting or exceeding key performance indicators.
- Proven experience in account management and business development.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously.
