Lead Strategic Growth and Inclusivity

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Board of Directors as a non-executive director.

The successful applicant will be part of a team that has been leading the way in supporting people with disabilities for over 70 years, fostering a culture of inclusivity and contributing to the growth and improvement of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to the organisation's management.
  • Develop strategies for growth and improvement through collaborative work with senior management.
  • Relate to diverse stakeholders and contribute to the development of inclusive policies and procedures.
  • Support the implementation of new initiatives and policies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to community service, experience in governance, leadership skills, and the ability to grow an organisation in a sound, diligent, caring, and sustainable way.

We welcome applications from individuals with a diverse range of qualifications, skills, and experiences, including those with legal or IT backgrounds. Appointment terms are for 3 years with the option of further terms.
