We are seeking individuals to join our AWS Professional Services TechU program.

Program Details

The residency program includes:

  • Six months of academic curriculum
  • Six months of on-the-job-training in the field

You will learn key technical and professional skills from top AWS subject matter experts that you can use in your career working with customers.

Specialization Options
  • DevOps Specialist: Build advanced computing systems harnessing continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines and utilize cloud computing strengths for scalable and economical systems.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Architect: Expertise in cloud-based networking and system rollouts, specializing in network performance, infrastructure provisioning, and building APIs.
  • Application Developer: Design applications that run natively in the cloud, using expertise in building programs for virtualized instances, containers, or serverless architecture.
  • Data & Analytics: Support services leveraging data and producing business insights, utilizing Machine Learning/AI and covering EMR, DynamoDB, MongoDB, and Apache Cassandra.
  • Security Consultant: Work with security specialists using AWS Services including IAM, GuardDuty, Shield, Key Management Service (KMS), CloudTrail, CloudHSM, Inspector, and more.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Recent graduate within the last 24 months, an associate, bachelor's, or master's degree. Experience with Java, Python, Ruby, Node.js, C, or C++. Experience with one or more of the following: networking fundamentals, security, databases, operating systems.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Recently completed a degree in business or a STEM-related field. Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Knowledge of primary AWS services such as EC2, ELB, RDS, VPC, Route53, and S3. Basic experience setting up cloud environments with AWS and knowledge of infrastructure as code tools like Chef, Puppet, or Ansible.
