Senior Food and Beverage Services Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the strategic management and production of food and beverage services across multiple sites in South Australia and Western Australia.
This role involves managing a team of professionals to deliver innovative and safe food and beverages within contractual requirements. The scope of services includes routine meals, functions, activities, and events, including bar service.
A key aspect of this position is cultivating a positive work environment that drives quality improvement through learning and personal development.
Additionally, the successful candidate will manage the catering operations in line with contractual obligations while ensuring client and staff satisfaction.
The job also requires ensuring food standards, preparation, presentation, and cooking techniques meet ISS brand standard guidelines.
The incumbent will work closely with the Executive and Head Chef to take corrective action when necessary, within company guidelines, if standards are not met.
Furthermore, the person in this role will ensure the highest possible standard of hygiene is practiced and maintained by the entire kitchen team to meet Health & Safety regulations and HACCP food preparation guidelines.
This position requires managing food costs and expenses as per the onsite contract scope.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for regular review and addressing of client staff feedback and maintenance registers.
Lastly, banking of money received, including all recording and reporting, is an essential part of this role.
