Digital Engineering Lead

We are seeking a visionary Digital Engineering Lead to spearhead the development of our digital twin.

The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team, driving innovation and excellence in digital engineering practices across the organization.

About the Role:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Advocate and promote best practice digital engineering techniques and processes
  • Lead and manage a team of digital specialists to deliver our digital information roadmap
  • Support the development of capital plans for digital systems infrastructure within BIM and Reality data portfolios
  • Ensure timely delivery, review, and approval of project deliverables and requests
  • Manage and oversee BIM solutions portfolio and act as APAM's Digital Engineering Subject Matter Expert
  • Provide technical leadership for key transformational projects

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable technical proficiency in core engineering/architecture disciplines
  • Expert knowledge in Autodesk AEC suites, Autodesk Construction Cloud, ProjectWise, Aconex, etc., with good understanding of BIM automation
  • A good understanding of reality data acquisition, management, and utilization in procurement and operations

Experience:

  • Engineering consultancy and/or Tier 1 construction experience preferred
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience across diverse industry sectors (e.g., commercial, health, infrastructure)
  • Demonstrated experience in BIM Management and project collaboration platform administration, including ACC, ProjectWise, Aconex, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Engineering or Architectural Qualification (minimum) with relevant postgraduate qualifications (preferred)
