A Change Management Specialist is required to lead and deliver end-to-end change management outcomes across the digital, information, and cyber security portfolio.

This role requires 5+ years of experience in change management within technical or digital environments, a strong knowledge of change frameworks, and stakeholder engagement.

The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders, technical experts, partners, and cross-functional teams to embed new ways of working, uplift change capability, and ensure successful cyber, security, and digital initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing Change Management plans and delivering outcomes of these plans for cyber security and digital transformation initiatives
  • In conjunction with our Enterprise communication team, developing Communication Management plans and delivering outcomes of these plans for associated initiatives
  • Ensuring alignment of delivery and plans to frameworks and methodologies across change and project delivery
