Crm Campaign Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Crm Campaign Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving existing campaigns and informing future campaign design by monitoring and reporting on activity levels.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of web analytics, data-driven management reporting, and experience working with CRM tools such as Marketo, MS Dynamics, Hubspot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Data Studio.

Responsibilities
  • Improve existing campaigns and inform future campaign design by monitoring and reporting on activity levels.
  • Deliver end-to-end campaigns efficiently and effectively to meet requirements.
  • Analyse marketing activity to optimise outcomes.
  • Liaise and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build collaborative relationships and achieve timely delivery of marketing objectives.
Requirements
  1. Demonstrated automated campaign specialist experience ideally two years.
  2. Proven ability to map and optimise customer journeys.
  3. Highly effective communication skills and experience building relationships across both internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Solid understanding of digital advertising and digital marketing solutions and techniques.
  5. Ability to conduct business analysis and optimise the CRM marketing activity collaboratively in a team environment.
