Lead Ecommerce Strategy

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a retail business's e-commerce strategy. As the leader of this initiative, you will be responsible for owning and growing the full e-commerce strategy across multiple platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Owning and growing the full e-commerce strategy across multiple platforms
  • Optimising and managing our website, user experience, and conversion rates
  • Leading and collaborating on digital marketing, email campaigns, and social media performance
  • Overseeing merchandising, promotions, pricing strategies, and product drops
  • Analysing data, reporting on performance, and tweaking for speed and scale
  • Working closely with design, operations, and marketing teams

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong grasp of conversion rate optimisation, search engine optimisation, email, and paid performance marketing. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in e-commerce with proven results scaling direct-to-consumer brands. Shopify or similar platform expertise is also required.
