Job Role:

The Process Improvement Manager is responsible for enhancing operational efficiency and driving transformational change within our organization.

  • Lead high-impact initiatives by collaborating with senior leadership and subject matter experts to design and embed new operating models that drive business-wide improvement.
  • Develop clear, structured solutions to complex problems by distilling ambiguity into actionable insights.
  • Reimagine our work processes by mapping and improving existing procedures, focusing on customer experience, data-driven decision-making, and design thinking principles.
  • Influence key stakeholders by building strong relationships, gaining buy-in, and shaping decision-making through effective communication and presentation skills.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in strategic, continuous improvement, or operational redesign with 5+ years of experience.
  • Strong experience in process design and implementation, turning strategy into reality.
  • Awareness of automation's purpose: augmenting efficient processes, not concealing inefficiencies.
  • Comfortable working with uncertainty, limited information, and the flexibility to shape your own path.
  • Senior stakeholder savvy, confident engaging with and influencing GMs, SLT, and ELT on complex topics.
  • Cross-functional change agent with hands-on experience leading high-impact, cross-functional change beyond traditional domains.

Desirable Skills:

  • Consulting experience, especially from a strategic or operations-focused background.
  • Background in retail or FMCG sectors.
  • Exposure to back-office/shared services environments.
  • Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking, or Service Design expertise.
  • Power BI, Excel (advanced), and data-driven decision-making abilities.
