As a specialist in process enhancement, you'll be instrumental in driving efficiency across our organization.

About the Role

This opportunity presents itself within our Member Transitions & Improvement team, where you will identify and implement improvements to our business units. Your analytical prowess and attention to detail will empower you to drive positive change and augment our services.

You will collaborate closely with our Transformation Delivery and IT Delivery Business Units, ensuring seamless delivery of new initiatives and contributing to quality and risk aspects across the Member Services and Operations Division.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Continuously enhancing service delivery to our members and stakeholders;
  • Supporting the implementation of projects within the business unit;
  • Ensuring adherence to current processes and practices;
  • Creating a culture of continuous improvement across the business unit.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of member-facing environments;
  • In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry;
  • The ability to comprehend superannuation operational reporting and identify critical issues;
  • Exceptional critical thinking skills and the capacity to reimagine processes;
  • A proven ability to deliver results within agreed timeframes and manage competing priorities.
