The position of Continuous Improvement Analyst drives innovation and process refinement in Global Shared Services People Services, enhancing user experience, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a best-in-class continuous improvement approach with a focus on service performance.
  • Collaborate with the CI team to execute the CI Strategy and identify automation opportunities within service delivery.
  • Monitor process performance against defined service levels, identifying areas for refinement and improvement.
  • Partner with Group HR Centres of Excellence and Service Line Leads to ensure stakeholder needs are met and prioritized according to the Group People & Organisation strategy.
  • Establish knowledge management practices to enhance decision-making, increase efficiency, and maintain common understanding.
  • Spearhead value-added customer solutions by working with key stakeholders, creating a continuous improvement environment for ongoing change.
  • Translate requirements into process and technical designs that meet business expectations and align with the service catalogues.
  • Monitor delivery of services, projects, and programs within the portfolio, driving benefits realization and adapting to changes in strategy or approaches.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field combined with practical experience.
  • Accredited Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, preferably Black Belt, advantageous.
  • Proven analytical experience from a similar role, including project management and business analysis.
  • Previous experience in process engineering highly regarded.
  • Track record of interfacing with and influencing across all business functions.
  • Proficiency in MS Projects, MS Visio, Smart Sheets, and MS Office.
  • Demonstrate in-depth understanding of change concepts.
  • Strong analytical, project, and product management skills.
