Job Title: Retail Security Specialist

We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused security professional to fill this part-time role. This position is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced retail environment and takes pride in protecting people and assets.

About the Role
  • Act as a visible deterrent to theft and anti-social behavior
  • Monitor CCTV and security systems to ensure store safety
  • Respond to incidents calmly and professionally
  • Support loss prevention strategies and investigations
  • Collaborate with teams to manage crowd control and enforce policies

You will also serve as a brand representative, greeting customers warmly and professionally, offering assistance and directing them to appropriate team members. You will represent the brand with poise, professionalism, and product knowledge.

About You
  • Hold a current security license and first-aid certificate
  • Experience relative to loss prevention, security, and customer service is advantageous

This is a part-time role with a rotational roster for work-life balance (34.5 hours/week and 26.5 hours/week). You will have access to dedicated training and on-the-job resources to enhance your career development.
