We are seeking a Product Visionary, an exceptional individual to drive product strategy and innovation. This role offers the opportunity to shape market-leading products that meet customer needs.

The successful candidate will have expertise in product planning, with a strong understanding of market trends and customer requirements. They will be responsible for defining product line-ups, grades, and specs, aligning these with global product teams. Additionally, they will prepare compelling product briefs and presentations for internal and marketing teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse market trends and customer needs to define model line-ups, grades, and specs.
  • Align Australian requirements with global product teams.
  • Prepare product briefs and presentations for internal and marketing teams.
  • Drive project timelines to ensure smooth vehicle launches.
  • Monitor progress, resolve issues, and recommend strategic actions.

For this role, we require a degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business or equivalent experience, as well as 2+ years in product planning/marketing, ideally in automotive. The ideal candidate will possess Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, combined with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong influencing skills and the ability to drive project deadlines and present to senior management globally are essential.

Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years in product planning/marketing, ideally in automotive.
  • A love and flair for data, analysis and market research combined with Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement with strong influencing skills and the confidence required to drive project deadlines and present to senior management globally.
