We are seeking a seasoned Product Strategy Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing our product offerings and improving customer experiences through data-driven insights and innovative thinking.

The Business Banking division supports small to medium enterprise customers, mid-market corporate clients, and regional and agribusiness sectors by offering a range of financial services and solutions. It also serves personal and institutional online trading customers.

Business Lending is a product and sales team that delivers working capital, business loans, asset finance, corporate finance, and property finance solutions. The team manages risk and controls for these products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing the product marketplace, trends, and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Performing monthly control checks across various products
  • Reviewing customer feedback and Voice of Customer feedback to support proposition refinement
  • Supporting the rollout of product, process, regulatory, and policy changes in coordination with relevant stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, planning, prioritization, and time management skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple deliverables concurrently. They will also possess strong critical thinking skills and experience using data and statistics for resolving problems.
